Job summary

KidStrong Edina is seeking a high-energy leader to serve as Lead Coach/Assistant General Manager. You will partner with the General Manager to create an exceptional KidStrong experience for kids, families, and the team.

Approximately half your time will be coaching on the floor; the other half focuses on sales, member experience, team leadership, community engagement, and center operations. Lead the experience, develop coaches, drive membership, and help manage daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a coaching team or youth programs.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Ability to drive membership and center operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KidStrong experience with high energy for kids aged crawling through 11.
• Coach and mentor the coaching team; onboard and develop staff.
• Drive membership and sales through outreach and parent conversations.
• Support center operations and achieve center KPIs.
