Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions in Cleveland is seeking a CNC Production Supervisor to lead a team of about 15 associates in CNC machining and assembly. This role focuses on safe, efficient operations and delivering high-quality output.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a CNC machining department.
• High school diploma; some college coursework in a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CNC machining, especially milling with 5-axis machines and Fanuc controls.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising a team of CNC machinists and assembly associates to meet production goals.
• Planning and assigning work to ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and safety protocols are maintained.
• Training team members on CNC operations, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting schedules to meet manufacturing demands.
• Conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching, and taking corrective actions when needed.
