Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions in Euclid, Ohio is hiring a CNC Machinist for our first shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm) with an ASAP start. You will set up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision tooling parts used in punches, dies, and shear blades, collaborating closely with the machining team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Detail-oriented with quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mori-Seiki and Doosan CNC machines with Fanuc controls.
• Perform tool changes and manage offsets for accuracy.
• Change inserts to maintain optimal cutting conditions.
• Read detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
• Monitor operations and adjust for quality control.
• Maintain production records and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
