Qualifications

• Required High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years CNC machining and programming experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program 3- and 4-axis CNC mills (horizontal and vertical).
• Lead, train, and mentor CNC machinists and operators.
• Schedule and prioritize jobs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering to optimize tooling and fixturing.
• Interpret blueprints and CAD data accurately.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
