Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience, with leadership experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and geometric tolerancing.
• Experience operating CNC lathes and mills with G-code and M-code.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of CNC machinists to ensure efficient production.
• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills and lathes.
• Read blueprints and specs to produce high-quality parts.
• Monitor schedules and machine performance; adjust as needed.
• Train new employees on CNC operation and safety.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
