Job summary

BestLogic Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Operator for our manufacturing client in the aerospace sector. This role covers 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling on vertical/horizontal machines, with day and night shifts available, full-time direct placement.

You will follow engineering drawings, measure parts with swing gauges and micrometers, monitor operations, and maintain a safe, organized work area. Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years CNC operating experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating vertical and horizontal CNC milling equipment with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis capabilities.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment, including swing gauges and micrometers.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis equipment.
• Follow work instructions and engineering drawings to produce parts that meet specifications.
• Measure and inspect machined components using swing gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machining operations and report equipment issues or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow established safety procedures.
