Job summary

The Toro Company in Perry, OK, seeks a Lead CNC Maintenance Technician to oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC lathes, machining centers, presses, and welding robots at all Ditch Witch locations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing systems, reading electrical schematics, using diagnostic tools, and guiding small teams. Night shift hours are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday, with an emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent.
5 years' experience working in industrial environment, repairing, and maintaining machine tools.
Formal electrical, electronic, and mechanical training and/or relevant experience.
Read electrical schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment using hand and power tools.
Diagnose and repair CNC and PC-based control systems and servo systems.
Use SAP to locate parts and process work notifications.
Oversee preventive maintenance and training of others.
