Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead CNC Maintenance Technician for night shifts at Ditch Witch. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC and PC-based controls, servo systems, and related equipment. A shift differential applies to off-peak hours.

You will work indoors in a manufacturing environment, perform preventive maintenance, and assist Purchasing with PO processes. Strong safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in industrial environment, repairing and maintaining machine tools.
• Formal electrical, electronic, and mechanical training and/or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose issues by reading schematics and manuals and using test instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication on machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Lead small groups to complete tasks and support training of others.
• Use SAP to locate parts and process work notifications.
