The role requires 4–7 years of CNC experience, strong electrical/hydraulic/PLC knowledge, and CMMS proficiency. On-site schedule: Mon–Thu, 6:00am–4:30pm, with a safety-first culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 4-7 years of on-the-job experience in facility with CNC machine operations and management.
• Full working knowledge of tooling and methods used for troubleshooting and repair of machinery and equipment (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical).
• Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of basic electricity, motor theory and protection, and PLC logic.
• Experience with measuring instruments and CMMS systems.

Aufgaben

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair CNC mills and lathes with focus on machine availability and reliability.
• Respond quickly to unplanned downtime to restore production equipment to normal operations.
• Coordinate with vendors for installations, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Utilize CMMS to track work hours and keep records of time on jobs.
