Qualifications

• Technical training or advanced experience in CNC operations required.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, CAD/CAM programs.
• Proficiently perform fundamentals of Operator 1, CNC and Operator 2, CNC.
• Program CNC machines or modify existing programs.
• Lead machine setups for complex parts and production runs.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues.
• Ensure final product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Review inspection data and resolve quality concerns.
• Train and mentor Operator 1 & 2, CNC team members.
• Optimize cycle times, tooling strategies, and production processes.
• Support new product development and prototype machining.
