Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines with increased independence and technical capability.
• Set up machines including fixture installation, tooling changes, and offset adjustments.
• Run medium-complexity parts with tighter tolerances.
• Interpret part drawings and work instructions.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic machining issues.
• Maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
• Assist Operator 1 with training and support.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Record production and quality data; follow safety procedures and keep area clean.
