Job summary

The role requires certification or training in CNC operation and 5+ years of ISO programming experience, with GD&T proficiency and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• CNC machine operation certification or formal training.
• 5+ years of CNC experience, including setup.
• 5+ years of ISO code programming experience.
• 2+ years using GD&T and inspection tools.
• Ability to train and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Set up and machine tooling for horseshoes following SOPs.
• Operate at least two CNC machines concurrently.
• Prepare, cut, and grind raw materials for manufacturing.
• Perform quality checks using DG&T tools.
• Document processes with ERP system and report findings.
