Qualifications

• CNC operation training or certification.
• 5 years CNC experience including setup.
• ISO programming experience, 5+ years.
• 2+ years GD&T experience.
• Working knowledge of inspection tools.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to train others, team player.
• Excellent problem-solving and blueprint interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and machine tooling for horseshoes.
• Operate at least two CNC machines.
• Prepare, cut and grind raw materials.
• Perform Wire EDM setup and operation.
• Prepare documents with ERP software.
• Quality control checks on all jobs.
• Cross-train on all machines.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Perform other duties as requested.
