Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience leading, motivating, coaching, and training others.
• Strong math aptitude.
• Familiarity with hand tools, manual measurement tools, computer-controlled test equipment, Windows Explorer, Excel, and Word.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high precision optics on CNC equipment in accordance with documentation and requirements.
• Develop, train, and coach employees for team performance.
• Prioritize production schedules based on induction, equipment efficiency, and material supply; identify improvements.
• Ensure program check and verification methods are in place for the work center.
• Interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot machine anomalies and escalate issues as needed.
