Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CNC machining, with leadership experience.
• Experience supervising machinists and coordinating daily work.
• Proficiency operating and setting up Okuma, Mazak, Fanuc Robodrill, and Haas centers.
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and support CNC machine centers.
• Lead and supervise a small team on the day shift (1-5 machinists).
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely production goals.
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure quality.
