Qualifications
- 8+ years of CNC machining experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and CNC programming basics.
- Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, setups, and precision adjustments.
- Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines across part families.
- Serve as subject matter expert in safety, quality, and SOP compliance.
- Lead root-cause analysis with engineers and team leaders when technical issues arise.
- Mentor and train junior machinists, supporting skill development and knowledge transfer.
- Recommend process optimizations and support pilot runs or new setups.
