Northeast Tool & Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled CNC Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift in a precision aerospace environment. The role combines hands-on CNC setup, operation, troubleshooting, and tooling optimization with team leadership for a small shift of Machinists and Operators.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-axis milling/turning, GD&T, and the ability to mentor staff while driving quality, delivery, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Competenze

• 6+ years CNC machining experience in manufacturing, precision, tight-tolerance environments.
• Experience setting up and machining complex, tight-tolerance components on multi-axis CNC milling, turning, and/or mill-turn platforms.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, workholding, feeds and speeds, GD&T requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead 2nd shift CNC Machinists and Operators, providing on-the-floor guidance and direction.
• Perform CNC setup, operation, troubleshooting, tooling optimization, and process improvement.
• Coordinate daily production, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery and quality targets.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement with 5S and FOD prevention.
