Grace Lutheran Communities is seeking a dedicated Lead Certified Nursing Assistant to join the River Pines team for a Full-Time PM shift. This role focuses on supervising CNAs, orienting new staff, and assisting in quality assurance to ensure high standards of resident care.

The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to care plans, and participation in weekend/holiday on-call rotations, contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Competenze

• Completion of nursing assistant training and current registration on Federal Nurse Aide Registry
• Follow/adhere to organization, federal/state regulations and guidelines, including Resident/Client rights
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance, adhering to dress code of organization/program.
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday on‑call rotation.

Mansioni

• Assist in orientation, training and supervision of CNAs during PM and weekend shifts
• Training/orientation of new employees
• Assist in auditing of current CNAs and reporting concerns to CNA Manager
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday on-call rotation
• Monitor and record health and behavior of residents and communicate with interdisciplinary team
• Know and follow residents' care plans and emergency procedures
• Assist in housekeeping duties and inventory as assigned by DON/Director
