Job summary
Grace Lutheran Communities on the River Pines team is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in Wisconsin. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time PM/NOC shifts with new wages starting at $28.00-$33.50 per hour, based on experience.
You will provide skilled nursing care, document care and medication entries, and work within care plans to support residents in a warm, compassionate environment. Join us to be part of a mission that matters and make a real difference daily.
