Zusammenfassung

Intertek's PSI division in Jefferson, Louisiana seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead Construction Materials Testing (CMT) projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality and profitability while guiding field and laboratory teams.

You will develop client relationships, manage scopes, schedules and budgets, review proposals and invoices, and coordinate technical staff to deliver on project objectives. Travel may be required as projects dictate.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience managing large Construction Materials Testing (CMT) projects.
• Strong field experience with concrete testing, rebar inspections/testing, soils testing, and pile foundation projects.
• Proven experience supervising and scheduling 10 or more field technicians.
• Minimum three (3) years of PM experience in CMT, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or related construction services.
• Experience supervising, coordinating, mentoring, and scheduling technical personnel.
• Knowledge of construction materials testing procedures, field operations, and project specifications.

• Review project setup, scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution.

• Coordinate and direct technical and administrative teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability, including change orders.
