Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an appropriate engineering or science field (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with technical leadership in an industrial plant.
• Demonstrated leadership supervising a team or leading a technical group.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex equipment and process issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Manufacturing Technology Execution organization including engineers and technical specialists.
• Set priorities for the group and balance resources across improvements, capital support, and operations.
• Mentor and develop site engineering resources and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Own the technology workstream of projects from concept to turnover with cost, schedule, and quality accountability.
