Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science/eng or related field with 10+ years of related experiences.
• M.S. or Ph.D. with 5+ years of related experiences preferred.
• Understanding of semiconductor fabrication and fab metrology procedures.
• CMP process knowledge; experience on CMP pad, slurry, or post-CMP cleaning is highly desirable.
• DOE, statistical data analysis, and technical reporting experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced R&D and application development projects; manage a team of applications engineers.
• Serve as primary technical liaison between Qnity and US-based semiconductor clients; drive technical wins.
• Design experiments (DOEs) to support development, scale-up, and commercialization of slurry products.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, and global product teams to align product strengths with customer needs.
• Troubleshoot internal and external problems; travel up to 15% as needed.
• Participate in safety activities and meet safety requirements.
