Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to pass medications accurately and safely.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by a physician under supervision.
• Lead shift and supervise team members during the shift.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the five rights of medication administration.
• Maintain medication room and ensure infection control practices.
• Communicate with medical staff and coordinate resident care.
