Job summary

The role requires deep expertise in server technologies, mechanical/thermal design, and validation, with a track record of delivering high-quality hardware at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures.
• Experience in server technologies such as thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity.
• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Design/Innovation, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of server products with partners.
• Understand customer needs and architect scalable solutions.
• Oversee the fleet of servers post-launch and monitor performance.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, manufacturing, supply chain, and product management.
• Develop diagnostic tools and monitoring for production systems.
