WellSense Health Plan is seeking a Lead Data Architect to drive the enterprise data strategy and modern cloud-based data infrastructure. You will design scalable data models, oversee data governance, and collaborate with leadership to convert data into actionable insights for decision making.

The role requires hands-on expertise with cloud architectures (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS) and a track record of leading data initiatives in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience developing cloud-based enterprise data warehouse / lake solutions.
• Experience with AWS, Databricks and Snowflake for data management, security, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Drive data architecture standards, modeling, metadata, and security across cloud platforms.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance for healthcare data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable business decisions.
