Job summary

DBSync is seeking an Engineering Manager/Architect to lead the engineering department and work closely with the CEO/CTO. You will oversee multiple projects, guide a team of engineers, and set architecture direction for scalable, secure cloud solutions.

You will collaborate with product, design and support to ensure timely delivery, quality, and innovation across cloud platforms, containers and DevOps practices, in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Java and front-end tech with Bootstrap and jQuery.
• Cloud proficiency across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
• Minimum 8–10 years in engineering leadership roles.
• Full-stack architecture experience with multi-tenant SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of Docker containers and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering projects to deliver on time and budget.
• Mentor engineers, set technical direction and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product, design and support teams.
• Ensure security, quality and SDLC compliance.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and best practices.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships to ensure success.
