Up Closets of Collin County is seeking a Lead Operations and Closet Installer to join our hands-on team in Frisco, TX. This role blends on-site leadership with day-to-day installation operations to deliver a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

You will lead installation crews, coordinate schedules, ensure quality, manage materials, and maintain productive job sites while upholding company standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in closet installation, cabinetry, finish carpentry, millwork, construction or remodeling.
• Strong carpentry, measuring, leveling, drilling and installation skills.
• Able to read and interpret measurements, plans and design drawings.
• Experience leading or supervising a crew.
• Organized and able to manage multiple project details.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in the field.
• Professional communication with customers, team and ownership.
• Attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of closets, pantries, garages and home offices; ensure quality and efficiency.
• Read plans and installation specifications; interpret design drawings.
• Install cabinetry, shelving, doors, hardware and system components.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional job site; protect customers' homes and belongings.
• Complete final quality checks and address punch-list items.
• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the installation process.
• Review upcoming projects and schedules to prepare the team; coordinate with ownership and design.
• Delegate duties, monitor workmanship, and communicate delays or issues promptly.
• Assist with training new installers and provide feedback to improve operations.
