This position is 100% commission-based with earnings potential tied to sales performance, and includes training, development, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with a focus on design is a plus.
• Ability to understand design software and communicate design concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand storage needs and preferences.
• Design custom closets and spaces using our software.
• Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems.

• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
