Job summary

Basecamp Recovery Center in Columbus, OH is seeking a Lead Clinician to join the Clinical Leadership Team. You will oversee counseling staff, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor team members while maintaining program quality and trauma-informed care across levels of care.

You will lead scheduling, curriculum implementation, and treatment planning, with a focus on continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance within Medicaid and CARF standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Active Ohio licensure: LCDC III, LSW, LPC, LISW, LICDC, or LPCC.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and crisis therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per agency, Medicaid, CARF.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage and schedule PHP, IOP, OP/AC, weekend groups.
• Lead weekly clinical huddles and supervise staff.
• Monitor group curriculum usage and compliance.
• Participate in audits, QI, and quality improvement initiatives.
