Job summary

The Recovery Village is seeking a full-time Lead Clinician to support the Clinical Director in developing and maintaining high-quality behavioral health programming. You will supervise clinicians, review documentation for compliance, and provide therapy to patients within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling and independent state licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT). Strong EMR skills with HeatherAI and knowledge of ASAM/Locus criteria are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Independently licensed in the State of practice (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).
• Proficient in electronic medical records (HeatherAI).
• Knowledge of state & federal confidentiality laws and licensing standards.
• Able to document per ASAM and Locus criteria.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Director in developing effective clinical programming.
• Audit and complete documentation within required timeframes to ensure compliance.
• Provide and supervise group and individual therapy sessions.
• Manage caseload and mentor clinicians.
• Recruit and hire clinical team members and participate in meetings.
