Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted OH license (LMFT, LPCC, LISW).
• 2+ years of professional experience post-master's degree providing behavioral health services.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Proficiency with computer-based documentation and basic software (Excel, Outlook, EHRs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct chart audits and ensure documentation completion meets metrics.
• Promote clinical quality and safety culture per OBC/Optum policies.
• Foster collaborative culture within the team and provide culture building.
• Manage supplies and location needs.
• Facilitate case consultations and supervision.
• Work allocation roughly 80% clinical, 20% administrative.
