Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology required.
• Active Ohio licensure (LCDC III, LSW, LPC, LISW, LICDC, LPCC or equivalent) required.
• Clinical leadership and supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services to a reduced caseload (35% productivity expectation).
• Provide supervision and mentorship to staff.
• Oversee programming schedules and curriculum utilization.
• Maintain clinical documentation and quality assurance.
• Collaborate on treatment planning and program oversight.
• Lead weekly clinical huddles or team meetings.
• Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and QI initiatives.
