Job summary

The Recovery Village in Georgia is seeking a full-time Lead Clinician to support the Clinical Director and help manage the facility's day-to-day clinical operations. This role emphasizes implementing evidence-based treatment, coordinating care, and promoting best practices across the team.

You will supervise staff, ensure timely documentation, conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning, and participate in crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Independently licensed in the state of practice (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (HeatherAI).

Responsibilities

• Assists Clinical Director in developing effective clinical programming.
• Audits and completes documentation within required timeframes.
• Provides biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning updates.
• Conducts group and individual therapy sessions and notes.
• Provides crisis intervention and participates in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Recruits, mentors, and coaches clinical staff as needed.
