Job summary

You will supervise other therapists, ensure compliance with policies, and contribute to a collaborative care environment within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Provides case management and clinical responsibilities including referrals, assessments, and counseling.
• Oversees supervision of other therapists within the clinic.
• Adheres to treatment plans and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Timely, compliant clinical documentation and billing following HRBH policies.
• Case management and clinical responsibilities including referrals, assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention.
• Advocates for individuals through timely communication with referral sources and service coordination.
• Utilizes evidence-based interventions to support recovery and develops individualized plans of care.
• Provides administrative supervision to clinicians including coaching, audits, hiring and scheduling.
• Promotes cohesion between programs and supports clinic operations with the Clerical Lead.
• Other duties as assigned.
