Job summary

Brightpoint in Chicago is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (Adoption Support and Preservation) to provide clinical leadership and oversight for services supporting adoptive and subsidized guardianship families. This role oversees service providers and supports ongoing clinical development.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with licensing, funding and accreditation; supervising staff; addressing crises; and collaborating across departments to maintain quality and access to trauma-informed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related clinical field.
• Current clinical licensure in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) required.
• Two years’ experience providing clinical services with mandated clients and/or children and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans, ensuring licensing, funding, billing and accreditation compliance.
• Coordinate eligible clinical services and address concerns with internal/external parties to support clients.
• Supervise personnel policies and actions, including hires, evaluations, leaves, and promotions.
• Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed staff and supervise a team as needed.
• Maintain case management for clients and ensure timely, accurate reports for monitoring.
