Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Lead Clinical Therapist for Tahlequah Clinic to supervise and guide therapists while maintaining a personal caseload. The role focuses on clinical quality, documentation, crisis response, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of staff.

The successful candidate will hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, a current Oklahoma license, and at least 3 years of post-graduate experience, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Current independent Oklahoma behavioral health license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral health services with a caseload while leading the clinic's clinical activities.
• Serve as day-to-day clinical resource for therapists with guidance on client care, treatment planning and documentation.
• Review clinical documentation for quality, compliance and audit readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of clinicians and practicum students.
• Monitor, escalate and address clinical and documentation concerns with Clinical Leadership.
• Participate in meetings and coordinate between therapists and clinical leadership.

Education

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field

Oklahoma behavioral health license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT)

Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience
