Job summary

Bh Oklahoma is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Clinical Therapist to deliver individual, family, and group therapy in a medical setting across Oklahoma locations including Antlers, Poteau, Durant, Hugo and Idabel.

The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a full-time exempt schedule with flexibility, clinical supervision, and a supportive leadership team to help you provide compassionate care for individuals with mental health or substance use needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• Licensed or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma (LPC, LBP, LMFT, LCSW, LADC).
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and substance use disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
