Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Worcester, MA to lead a team of therapists and counselors, supervising clinicians and guiding licensure seekers. The role focuses on safeguarding high-quality, trauma-informed care across youth and families.

You will promote evidence-based practices, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulations, while maintaining a manageable caseload and contributing to a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Masters or doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field is required.
• Licensed Behavioral Health professional (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or licensed psychologist) is required.
• CANS certification is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in behavioral health supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to clinicians, interns, and licensure seekers.
• Offer ongoing feedback, case consultation, and mentorship to staff.
• Ensure clinical services meet best practices, ethics, and regulatory standards.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Review and approve clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, notes, discharge summaries).
• Support crisis management and risk assessment strategies.
• Maintain a reduced caseload while supervising others.
