Job summary

Brightli seeks a Clinical Supervisor in Missouri to lead the Rapid Access Unit and guide clinical services with an emphasis on regulatory compliance. You will manage operations, provide clinical direction to the team, and build relationships with external agencies to enhance client care.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, crisis response, and ongoing improvement in mental health and substance use treatment. A strong leadership background and licensure in Missouri are required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with 3+ years in substance use disorder treatment and 1+ year supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in SUD and 2+ years supervisory experience.
  • Qualified Addiction Professional with 4+ years in SUD and 3+ years supervisory experience.
  • Missouri license as counselor/psychologist/physician with 1+ year in SUD and 1+ year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations with oversight of team members to ensure quality services.
  • Lead weekly clinical case staffing, team and diagnostic disposition meetings.
  • Monitor compliance with Quality Improvement Indicators during reviews.
  • Develop a programmatic schedule that respects client rights and needs.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for comprehensive services and referrals.
  • Conduct staff evaluations and assist in training to enhance service provision.
  • Respond to crises and ensure proper incident reporting per policy.
  • Handle administrative duties including budgets, scheduling, and progress notes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring that quality services are delivered to clients through effective oversight of team members.
  • Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team, and diagnostic disposition meetings to ensure high-quality service provision.
  • Monitor compliance with program and agency Quality Improvement Indicators during record reviews.
  • Develop a programmatic schedule that respects client rights while meeting the needs of the client population.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive services, ensuring effective and timely client referrals.
  • Conduct necessary staff evaluations and assist in team member training to enhance service provision.
  • Respond to crisis situations and ensure proper incident reporting in accordance with company policy.
  • Various administrative duties including budget adherence, schedule maintenance, and monitoring progress notes for thoroughness.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least three (3) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least four (4) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and two (2) years of supervisory experience; OR
  • Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board with four (4) years professional experience and three (3) years of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment. OR
  • Licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician in Missouri with at least one (1) year of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check.
  • First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of beginning employment.
  • Completion of all mandatory training requirements including Relias Learning.
Physical Requirements:
  • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during the work shift.
  • Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally.
