Job summary

Positive Impact Health Centers INC is seeking a Clinical Site Manager to oversee the outpatient HIV clinics and PrEP services. The role involves administrative supervision of NP/PA, RN, and CMA staff and collaboration with the Department Director to maintain high standards of care.

You will work with nursing leadership, operations, and clinic administration to ensure efficient daily operations, quality patient care, and adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or PA degree required.
• Georgia Licensed NP or PA.
• 2–5 years of NP/PA clinical experience.
• 3–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site clinic medical staff including Providers (PA/NP), RNs, and CMAs.
• Assist with overall management, personnel, and operations of the Clinical Care Department.
• Provide coverage for providers during PTO and lead scheduling for staff.
• Ensure quality across Centers and supervise Nurse Managers and MAs.
• Support performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
