Job summary

Positive Impact Health Centers Inc. is seeking a Clinical Site Manager to support the Director of the Clinical Care Department and oversee daily operations across outpatient HIV clinics and PrEP services.

The role requires NP/PA credentials with 2–5 years of clinical experience and 3–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience, plus Georgia licensure. Strong leadership and compliance focus are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (or PA degree) from an accredited college or university.
• Georgia Licensed NP or PA.
• 2–5 years as NP/PA in clinical setting.
• 3–5 years’ managerial/supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site clinic staff including RNs, PAs, and CMAs.
• Assist with the overall management and operations of the Clinical Care Department.
• Provide direct patient care as NP/PA with support staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
• Coordinate education and staff development.
