Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic seeks an ECSC Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination team, delivering recovery-oriented, evidence-based care for adults with serious mental illness.

You will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and staff development, coordinating with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and peers, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service outcomes across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Master's in Human Services or related field required; clinical or related direct service experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, supervision and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of serious mental illness, recovery-oriented services, crisis intervention and community behavioral health systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, clinical consultation, coaching, performance management, and professional development to ECSC staff.
• Lead multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, peer specialists, and providers.
• Ensure adherence to Medicaid, DHS, accreditation, documentation, and organizational standards while promoting regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain high-performing team members to support operational excellence.
• Monitor productivity, quality indicators, service outcomes, and KPIs to drive improvement.
• Serve as a clinical resource during complex cases, crises, hospitalizations, and transitions of care.
