Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy is seeking an ECSC Supervisor to lead the Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination team. You will supervise staff, provide clinical guidance, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented services for adults with serious mental illness.

This full-time, day-shift role emphasizes staff development, compliance, and program effectiveness, with on-call rotation and internship supervision as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's in Human Services and 3 years relevant experience with supervision/leadership.
• Active, unrestricted license in a mental health discipline (LCSW/LPC/LMFT, etc.).
• Strong clinical assessment, supervision, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, DHS, accreditation standards and documentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, clinical consultation, coaching, performance management, and professional development to ECSC staff.
• Lead multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, peers and partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to standards and documentation.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain high-performing team members.
• Monitor productivity, quality indicators, and outcomes to drive improvement.
• Serve as a clinical resource during complex cases, crises, hospitalizations, and transitions of care.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation as administrative backup, supporting timely responses.
• Support development, training, and supervision of graduate-level interns.
