Job summary

Mount Carmel in Pickerington, Ohio seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead to supervise clinical staff and assist physicians with daily procedures while delivering care aligned with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and a compassionate, patient‑centered approach.

This day shift role requires coordinating schedules, onboarding for Medical Assistants and LPNs, clinical ordering and inventory management, chart audits, OSHA compliance, and reporting to the Office Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• One year experience in a medical office preferred.
• Supervise clinical staff and assist physicians with procedures.

Position Purpose

Registered Nurse Clinical Lead will supervise all clinical staff and assist physicians with daily procedures and clinical tasks as needed, and will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Hour of Shift: Monday – Friday expected office hours

What You

• Assist with clinical staff in office and on boarding (Medical Assistant and LPN)
• Responsible for any policy changes at a ministry, local and state level
• Coordinate schedules
• Clinical ordering and inventory
• Fill in for clinical staff as needed
• Completing chart audits and OSHA compliance
• Report directly to Office Manager

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Licensure / Certification: In good standing with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio

Experience: One year experience in a medical office preferred.
