Mount Carmel in Pickerington, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead to supervise clinical staff and assist physicians with daily procedures, delivering care in an atmosphere sensitive to patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
The role involves coordinating schedules, managing clinical ordering and inventory, covering for staff, conducting chart audits, and ensuring OSHA compliance.
