Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to manage day-to-day execution of industry-sponsored trials in Fort Worth, TX. You will coordinate visits, conduct visits per protocol, and ensure GCP compliance while partnering with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and patients to drive enrollment and data quality.

The role requires 3–5 years of clinical research experience, a healthcare-related degree, and proficiency with CTMS/EDC systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline required.
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred.
• CCRC® or CCRP® or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency with CTMS, EDC and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and manage industry-sponsored clinical trials from study start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention efforts including chart review and enrollment tracking.
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments in accordance with study protocols, GCP and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely study documentation including source records and CTMS updates.
• Prepare for sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Maintain inventory and organization of study equipment, supplies, and investigational products onsite.
