Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license current with North Carolina Board of Nursing (eNLC may apply, verify with NCBON).
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
- National certification in area of specialty preferred.
- One year of RN experience; hospital nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
