Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Pulmonary Med Surg to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with the management team. You will guide nursing practice, support staff, and participate in hospital councils.

You will perform coaching, scheduling, and collaboration with leaders to improve patient outcomes and staff engagement in a large teaching environment.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina; eNLC may apply.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
