Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Labor and Delivery unit. You will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, direct nursing care coordination, and supervise staff during shifts in collaboration with the management team.

You will lead, coach and train staff, coordinate admissions and discharges, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory standards to support superior outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina (eNLC may apply)
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Experience coordinating admission/discharge and staffing

Responsabilités

• Direct nursing care coordination in Labor & Delivery during shift.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate patient care assignments and throughput for quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders and staff to foster teamwork and improved results.
• Coach and train staff; participate in interviewing, selection and training decisions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and management of labor resources.
