Qualifications

• RN license and relevant nursing credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit.
• Collaborates with management to create a teamwork-focused environment that improves outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when needed.
• Implements current nursing strategies to improve engagement and throughput.
